| i-prefillerPro | The extension of the existing PreFiller by Canto was developed for customers who want to prevent blank fields in data records of their picture archives. When a user wants to archive assets in Cumulus, the i-prefillerPro dialog window opens, so he or she can fill in all required data fields. This process can neither be skipped nor canceled. The tool above all simplifies the labor of the editors since they can exclusively concentrate on the content of the metadata, without having to check whether important metadata are missing. This massively improves the metadata validity.

| i-metadataAssetImporter | In the archiving process it very often happens that several pictures are simultaneously checked in from a folder together with their metadata. A time consuming task. With i-metadataAssetImporter, this process can be reduced. As a prerequisite the existence of an Excel table containing the previously collected metadata is required. Additionally, i-metadataAssetImporter allows adding metadata to previously archived assets at a later point in time.

| i-importSubstitute | In some cases a picture to be archived is not yet available. For timing reasons it is often mandatory to create the pertaining metadata in advance. With i-mportSubstitute this is possible right away. For that purpose, an arbitrary picture is used as substitute which is initially defined as default and is further used by the system. Now, the record is created, the metadata are collected, and categories are assigned.
Once the final picture is available, it can replace the substitute without overwriting the previously entered metadata.
